- The election will be held on May 5th, 2026.
- There are 2 open seats to be filled via an election process.
- As of 1/7/26 (no) eligible candidates have filed the required document to run for these seats.

Voting info:
Residents – Ballots will be automatically mailed on April 17th, 2024 to all ACTIVE electors who live in the District. New or inactive residents who wish to participate in the election must register to vote by completing the attached form or stopping by the Park County Clerk & Recorder’s Office in Livingston no later than 5:00 PM on April 8th, 2024. After that, registration can only be accomplished in person at that office.
Non-Residents – Individuals who own property in the District but reside outside of the District are also eligible to vote. You must request a ballot by filling out the attached form and provide proof of ownership of taxable property within the District. This request along with proof of current tax payments must be received in the Elections Office by Friday, April 12th. Proof of tax payments must be presented in the form of a tax statement or bill. This can be obtained directly from the Park County Treasurer’s Office or on their website at www.parkcounty.org. If you don’t have your assessor number, it’s best to use your last name. The requested ballots will mailed along with those to residents on April 17th.
Ballot requests can be presented in person at the Elections Office, faxed to 406-222-4193, emailed to elections@parkcounty.org or mailed to the address on the form. If you mail, please be sure to allow extra time for receipt in the Elections Office. (We recommend a full week.)
